This  gentleman has simply undergone an upper blepharoplasty under local  anaesthetic in our outpatient clinic rooms, giving a wonderfully  refreshed and brighter look.

Using the  model, an Implantech Vertical Lengthening Chin implant and VMA Vertical  Mandibular Angle implants were chosen. Surgery was completed by @paulwilsonaesthetics (plastic and maxillofacial) and Graham Merrick @southwestheadandnecksurgeryltd (maxillofacial) and has created the stronger jawline this patient desired. Neck  liposuction was used in combination with the insertion of an extended  anatomical chin implant via a small incision under the chin. This  increased mandibular projection and tightened the jawline giving the  more refined definition you see in the post op photo 

Results just  three weeks after a deep plane facelift, browlift and lower  blepharoplasty, thank you to our patient for kindly sharing.

Her nasal tip  is still a little swollen and will take several more months to  completely settle down - she loves the harmony that the vertical  lengthening chin (VLC) implant has brought to her profile.

Her dorsal  hump was removed and her nose was straightened via infracture of her  nasal bones, SMR (submucous resection of her septum to reduce “shape  memory” and harvest cartilage grafts) and placing reversed spreader  grafts. The surgeon also included a slight tip uprotation. Her new nose  looks like the nose that “should have been there” all along - her face  is more balanced and her new profile is more elegant.

This lady has  had an extended deep plane facelift, endoscopic browlift, upper and  lower blepharoplasty and perioral CO2 laser resurfacing. The deep plane  facelift lifts the dropped mid face, cheeks and nasolabial fold, and the  “extended” component of the facelift results in her elegant redefined  chin-jawline-neck profile.
